Cancellation Policy - To cancel a transaction, you can either call the payment center of the community center at 08-6776417, or fill out the cancellation form on the community center's website. Transaction cancellations after ticket purchase shall be in accordance with the relevant legal provisions (Consumer Protection Law 1981 and the regulations established pursuant thereto). A transaction may be canceled no later than 7 days, excluding rest days (business days), before the date of the event/show for which the transaction was made. In any case of cancellation, the buyer will be entitled to a refund, based on the price they actually paid, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price. The buyer and/or anyone on their behalf will have no claim against the community center regarding this deduction, and the cancellation request constitutes the buyer's acknowledgment and agreement to be charged the cancellation fee. After this time period, notification of cancellation cannot be made, and replacement tickets will not be given. Cancellations made less than 7 business days before the event/show will incur the full cost of the transaction price. If a buyer requests to exchange a ticket purchased for a specific event/show for the same event/show on a different date, it will be considered a request to cancel the transaction. Individual tickets cannot be canceled in bulk purchases. For example, if 3 tickets were purchased, 1 of them cannot be canceled. If you do not attend the show/event, no financial credit will be granted. If an event/show is canceled by the community center, the buyer will be entitled to a refund of the amount actually paid related to the event/show, which will serve as full and final compensation for the cancellation. If an event/show is postponed, the ticket purchased for the original date will remain valid for the new date; alternatively, the buyer would be entitled to a full refund if they canceled the purchase within 7 business days from the notification of the change, or until the date of the event/show, whichever is earlier. In case of transaction cancellation and credit, the client is required to return the ticket(s) to the community center's offices up to two days before the event/show.
