- In case of ticket cancellation more than 48 hours before the show, the ticket holder will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the ticket price.

- In case of cancellation within 48 hours, the ticket holder will be fully charged.

- The refund will be processed only through the payment method used for the purchase.
