A powerful and passionate dance performance that brings to the stage the spirit of the Hebrew community - a deep connection to the land, the internal rhythm of life, and group unity. Solidarity is a contemporary dance piece exploring unity as a basic human need; an anchor in times of uncertainty and loss. The piece examines how strength is created through connection between individuals, across generations, and within communities. The creation was born from a moment of collective fracture, transforming grief into movement and movement into memory. It commemorates lives cut short, provides space for absence, and gives form to the silent resilience that awakens when people stand together.
Solidarity was created from a lived experience. The piece is an artistic statement on belonging, perseverance, and the desire to remain present - together.
The performance includes flashing lights
Naor Walker (Dimona, 2000) is a dancer and creator. He graduated from the dance department of Achva School in Dimona (2018). He served as an outstanding dancer at the Kirya base in Tel Aviv while studying in the dance training program in Tel Aviv. In 2020, he returned to the south and joined the Kamea Dance Company as a dancer. Since 2023, Walker has been working as an independent dancer and creator. He has collaborated with many creators, including Shahar Binyamini, Lior Tabory, Yael Schiller, and Liran Michaeli. Additionally, he worked with leading singers like Noa Kirel, Margie, Ran Danker, Itay Levi, Omer Adam, and Moshiko Mor.
