Two years after being struck by tragedy, the residents of a quiet fishing village on the coast of Spain decide to revive the village's traditional orchestra and register for the annual regional orchestra competition. With no other choice and in the absence of a conductor, 18-year-old Andrea is chosen to lead the musicians. To everyone's surprise, and despite a start full of doubts, Andrea manages to rekindle the orchestra's hopes with an exceptional blend of traditional music and modern rhythms. However, just when it seems the village residents are getting back on beat, surprising revelations about the past disaster threaten to tear them apart, perhaps forever...
